Simone Pettigrew is program Director of Food Policy at The George institute for Global Health and a Professorial Fellow in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (University of Sydney), a Master of Commerce (University of NSW), and a PhD in Consumer Research (University of Western Australia). Simone’s primary research interests relate to nutrition, alcohol, vaping and smoking, physical activity, active transport, and healthy ageing.
