Dr. Kerryn King (BSc(Hons), Ph.D, Grad. Dip. Occupational Health and Safety Management). Kerryn is currently employed at the Australian Radiation protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) in the UVR services group within the Radiation Health Services branch. As a research scientist in ultraviolet radiation, Kerryn has been investigating personal and occupational UV exposures, performing UV hazard assessments and assessing the effectiveness UV protection provided by clothing, shade fabrics, sunglasses, tint films and building materials among other Ultraviolet Radiation safety issues. Kerryn is currently also the ARPANSA representative on Australian Standards committees for sun protective clothing, sunglasses and sunscreens.
