Oral Presentation Information

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Presentations are to be pre-loaded in your session room at least one full session in advance of your allocated session. Presenters should bring their talk loaded on a USB, saved in a format for display on a PC provided within the presentation room. A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer/loading issues and to help presenters check presentations. Please note there are no Macintosh computers in the presentation room.

Presenters need to arrive at their assigned session room early to meet the chairs. Please note that the chairperson will utilise coloured timecards to assist presenters keep to their allocated time slot. Anyone not finished within the time allotted will be kindly asked to stop their presentation. 

If your presentation is complete, please upload directly via this link here.  Once you have dragged your presentation over to the site from your desktop or folder, please click the start button on the right-hand side and wait until your presentation fully uploads before exiting the site.  We ask that you still bring your presentation on a USB to mitigate any possible technical difficulties on the day of your presentation.
