Poster Presentation Information

Poster Display Area: Boulevard Auditorium Foyer, BCEC

Poster presenters can leave their posters up for display for the following timelines.  If you have registered to attend both conferences and wish to leave your poster up for the duration of both, you are welcome to do so

Both Conferences – Wednesday 11 September from 9am onwards through until Sunday 15 September
6iCUSP only – Wednesday 11 September – Friday 13 September
5GAC-SC – Friday 13 September – Sunday 15 September

Poster presenters should adhere their poster to the panel which correlates to their allocated poster number (available in the poster listing at the back of this handbook or the Conference app) with the Velcro provided on the panels.

Presenters should stand by their poster during the dedicated Poster Session on Friday 13 September from 12:30pm – 1:30pm to discuss your research with fellow attendees and speakers. Judges will be using this time to score eligible presenters.
